RESOLUTION OF RA[,4SEY TO~,'~7~ BOARD <br /> RA[,4S EY TOWNSHIP <br /> <br /> '~ ~NESOTA <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, <br /> <br /> " '~ that the following procedure and policy <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, <br /> <br />shall be followed in Ramsey Township: <br /> <br /> 1, Building Permits shall not be issued within any plat <br /> <br />in Ramsey Township unless the following minimum requirements have <br />been met as determined by ~he Tovmship engineer: <br /> <br /> a. Proper drainage facilities have been constructed which <br /> are designed to convey surface water drainage with%n <br /> and beyond the limits of the plat to publicly dedicated <br /> or controlled drainage facilities, <br /> <br /> b, All easements for the drainage facilities as mentioned <br /> in (a) above have been dedicated to the Township. <br /> <br /> c, All roads shall be graded to final subgrade elevation <br /> and cross-se~tion, <br /> <br /> d. A performance bond in an amount determined by the Tovm- <br /> ship engineer for the remaining, re~uired street anq <br /> utility improvements has been provided to the Township. <br /> <br /> 2. O.c.cupancy Permits will not be issued until the gravel <br />base bourse material or gravel surfacing have been placed on the <br />streets in a manner as approved by the Township engineer and all <br />the requirements noted above for issuance of building permits have <br />been met. <br /> <br />DATED this 15th day of October, 1973. <br /> <br /> <br />
