RESOLUTION NO. 1~ <br /> <br /> 'CITY OF RA~SEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~ESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT AND SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br /> <br /> Menkv~ld Country Park <br /> <br />filed with the Council on June 6, 1978 <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity <br />to Minnesota statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2. The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> 3. The Council has previously ordered a preliminary feasibility <br />report from Consulting Engineers Diversified and held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on July 10, 1978 on the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> 4. A formal public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the twenty-fifth day of July, 1978 in the Council <br />chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m., and the City staff shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of July, 1978. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
