RESOLUTION 78-29 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPAP~TION OF REPORT ON I~ROVE~NT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Variolite Street <br />between the line of 161st Avenue N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. and is <br />to be paid by MSAS funding. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Con- <br />sulting Engineers Diversified for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of October, 1978. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
