RESOLUTION #52 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WI~REAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the <br />streets located in Menkveld's Country Park and the contract price <br />for such improvement if $33,330.00 and the expenses incurred or to <br />be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $5,917.00 <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $39,217.00. <br /> <br />NOW, TI-~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $39,217.00. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer (Con- <br />sulting Engineers Diversified) shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, <br />without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall <br />file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public in- <br />spection. <br /> <br />3. 'l~e clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, <br />notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of November, 1978. <br /> <br /> <br />
