RESOLUTION #38 CITY OF RA~SEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ~EREA$, by a resolution passed by the Council On November9, 1.978, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Yttrium Street N.W. lying between 162nd 'Avenue on the South and 167th Avenue N,W. on the North, Zirconium Street lying between 162nd Avenue on the South and 166th Lane N.W~ on the North, Azurite Street lying between County State Aid No~ 5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) on the South and 164th Lane on the North, 166th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on the East and Zirconium Street N.W. on the West, 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street on the East and AzurJ.te Street on the West, 162nd Avenue lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on the East and Azurite Street on the West in the East ½ of the of Section 15, Township 32 Range 25 and the SE¼ of the SE~ of Section 10, Township 32 Range 25. AND ~EREAS, the Clerk, has notifed the CoUncil that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection, NOW TI'~iREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of November, 1978, in the City Itall at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- ment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than B~o weeks prior to the hearings.
