RFSOLUTION NO. 7g-~? <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> ~WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967. <br /> <br />Chapter 162: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the <br />road described as follows, to wit: 155th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street N.W. <br />and Ramsey Blvd. N.W., nonexistent street between the intersection of 155th Avenue <br />N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and the intersection of 153rd Lane N.W. and nonexistent <br />Feldspar Street H.W., 153rd Lane N.W. between nonexistent Feldspar Street N.W. and <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., nonexistent street between the intersection of 153rd Lane <br />N.W. and Sunfish Lake Blvd. and the intersection of 153rd Avenue'N.W. and Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municiapl State Aid <br />Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation <br />of the State of Minnesota. ~ <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed-to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of TranspOrtation <br />for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road <br />or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal <br />St~,~l,~e Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State <br />A~)Street 107 . <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution <br />duly passed, adopted and approved by the ' ' ' <br />18, 1978. <br /> <br /> , ~ ~ity of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />
