RESOLUTION NO. 78- 48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the <br />revisions hereinafter described should be made to the existing Municipal <br />State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967 <br /> <br />Chapter 162: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />that the segements on Municipal State Aid Street 103 between C.S.A.H. No. 5 <br />and State Trunk Highway rio. 47 be deleted from the Municipal State Aid Street <br />System. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the alignment of Municipal State Aid S~reet <br />105 be revised and described as follows, to wit: nonexistent 148th Lane <br />N.W. between State Trunk Highway No. 47 and Xkimo Street N.W., Juniper <br />Ridge Drive between Xkimo Street N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W., Roanoke Street <br />H.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. ~nd Juniper Ridge Drive, Juniper Ridge Drive <br />between Roanoke Street N.W. and 156th Lane N.W., 156th Lane H.W~-'between:~:: <br />Juniper Ridge Drive and State Trunk Highway No. 47. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City_ Clerk is hereby authorized ~nd~ <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval o~ the <br />revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved <br />and maintained as part of the State Aid Street System of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />D December 18, 1978. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution <br />duly passed, adopted and approved December <br />18, 1978. <br /> <br />(SEAL)I <br /> <br /> y on <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />
