RESOLUTION liO. 78-49 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Now therefore be it resolved, that pursuant to Section <br />161.39, Subdivision i through 6, Minnesota Statutes, 1978, <br />the Ramsey Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the <br />Municipality of Ramsey is hereby authorized to request and <br />obtain from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, needed <br />engineering:and technical services for which payment will be <br />made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified claims from <br />the Commissioner of Transportation. 'This authority is to remain <br />effective until recinded by either party. <br /> <br /> Further, that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 <br />through 6, Minnestoa Statutes, 1978, the Commissioner of Trans- <br />portation be appointed as agent of the City of Ramsey to let <br />as its agent, contracts for the construction of portions of <br />Municipal Streets, and the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed for'and on behalf of the City Council <br />to execute and enter into a contract with the Commissioner <br />of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of <br />such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in <br />"Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement <br />Form No. 30774" a copy of which said form was before the <br />Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations <br />therein contained~ _:-~ ~--~ . : . <br /> <br />Adopted by the City .Council of Ramsey this 18th day of December <br />1978. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
