NOTICE OF DEDICATION OF A TOWN ROAD <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br /> ) ss <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />This is to certify that the following ~esolution <br /> <br />was adopted at a City Council meeting of the City of Ramsey in <br /> <br />the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, on the 18th day of <br /> <br />November , 1974; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Ramsey, <br />formerly the Township of Ramsey until November 12, 1974, in the <br /> <br />County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, hereby affirms that the <br /> <br />following described road has been dedicated to the public as a <br /> <br />public highway pursuant to M.S.A. 160.05 Subdivision 1 due to <br /> <br />the fact that the Township of Ramsey since 1966 has used and <br /> <br />kept in repair and worked the following described road continuously <br /> <br />as a public highway. The said road being described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township <br />32, Range 25, being a strip of land 66 feet in width and <br />33 feet on each side of the following described center <br />line, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the North line of <br />said Northeast Quarter, distant 1443,5 feet East of the <br />Northwest corner the~of; thence South 52 degrees 58 minutes <br />West, 204.8 feet; thence Southwesterly along a tangential ' <br />curve to the left, with a radius of 179 feet, a distance of <br />111o27 feet; thence South 17 degrees 21 minutes West, 436.6 <br />feet; thence South 2 degrees 39 minutes East to the center <br />line of County Road No, 7 and there terminating. For purposes <br />of this description the North line of said Northeast Quarter <br />is assumed to bear North 89 degrees 59 minutes 18 seconds East. <br />That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />1, Township 32, Range 25, described as a strip of land 66 feet <br />in width and 33 feet on each side of the following described <br />center line, to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point in the North line of said Section <br />distant 1080.3 feet East of the North quarter corner of said <br />Section 1; thence South 24 degrees ll minutes West, 55.4 feet; <br />thence Southerly 75°85 feet along a tangential curve to the <br />left, having a radius of 325°55 feet; thence Southwesterly <br />117.76 feet along a tangential curve to the right, having a <br />radius of 249°28 feet; thence South 37 degrees 55 minutes West, <br />68.15 feet; thence Southerly and Southeasterly 253°6? feet <br />along a tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 135~1.2 <br />feet, thence South 69 degrees 39 minutes East 119968 feet and <br />there terminating.
