RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICI?AL STATE AID HIGHWAYS ~'IHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the road described as follows, to wit: Puma Street N.W. between M.T.H. #10 and 153rd Ave. N.D., 153rd Ave.~N.W. between Puma Street N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W., Armstrong Blvd. N.W.'between 153rd Ave. N.W. and 155th Ave. N.W., 155th Ave. N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. and Varolite Street N.W., Varolite Street N.W. between 155th Ave. N.W. and County Road No. 63, County Road No. 63 between Varolite St. N.W. and Peridat St. N.W., nonexistent street between the intersecti6n of County Road No. 63 and'Peridat St. N.W. and ~he intersection 'of C.S.A.H. No. 5 and Green Valley Road N.W. . be, and hereby is established, located,~and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the state of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbere~ and known as Municipal State Aid Street lO1 ADOPTED November 25, 1974.
