RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> $,IHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City oF Ramsey that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967 <br /> <br />Chapter 162- <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the <br />road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />148th Lane N.W. between State Highway No. 47 and Xkimo St. N.W., Juniper Ridge Drive. <br />between Xkimo St. N.W. and 153rd Ave. N.W., Roanoke St. H.W. between 153rd Ave. N.W. <br />and 155th Lane N.~,I., nonexistent street between the intersection of 155th Lane N.W. <br />and Roanoke St. N.W. and the intersection of Ventre St. N'W~ and 156th Lane N.W..', <br />156th Lane N.W. between Ventre St. N.W. and State Highway No. 47 <br /> <br /> be, and hereby is established, located,':and'designated a Municipal State Aid Street <br />.... of said City, subject to. the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of. the State <br /> of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the the City Clerk'is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways.for <br />his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation.of said road or <br />portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal <br />~tate Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State <br /> Street 105. <br />ADOPTED November 26, 1974.' -/~ ~ /~/~[~. //~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Astrid Guy, City clerk ~? <br /> <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution <br />duly passed, adopted and approved by the City Council of said City on November <br />26, 1974. <br /> <br />[SEAL) <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />
