City o£ Ramsey - Minutes <br />Council Mee£ing' August 11, 1975 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, plans :for State Project No. 02-607-10 showing <br />proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross-sections, together <br />with speci['i(tations and special provisions for the construction, <br />reconstruct:ion or improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 7 <br />within the limits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have been <br />prepared and presented to the City, <br /> <br /> NOW, TItEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans, <br />specit[Jcations and special provisions be in all things approved. <br /> <br />Dated th~s llth day of August 1975. <br /> <br />Mr. Mickelson seconded the motion. <br />resolution declared adopted. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously; <br /> <br />Mr. Pittman reported on progress of improvements being made to sati'sfy <br />State Building Code requirements in converting a residence to a church <br />on Hematite Street. In response to questions from Mr. Krevelyn, Mr. <br />P]ttman ~ndicated that the state building inspector will review all <br />req~i.r~ment.~ upon comp] ~?t ion of the improvement work. Mr. Pittman <br />reported the I!ol]ow]ng building inspection activity: 27 permits had <br />been i.~sued with a total market value of $552,500 and permit fees of <br />$2,859. This included 34 sewage permits a% $t0 each. Mr. Pittman <br />also reported on an inspection problem at a home on Zuni. He had been <br />threatened w~ith a gun when attempting to make a plumbing inspection <br />and indicated that he did not feel that it was safe to make the final <br />inspection, even if accompanied by a city policeman. It was agreed <br />that Po]-[co Chief Auspos would check on the matter and that Mr. Gorham <br />and Mr. Reimann would determine a final disposition of the matter. <br /> <br />License Is,quarlce' <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a beer license be issued to the Ramsey Lions <br />Club for Aul[ust 17th at the St. Anthony Gun Club to commence at twelve <br />noon. Motion seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a beer license be issued to the Anoka City Fire <br />D~;partment for the St. Anthony Gun Club for September 7 to begin at <br />noon, subject to payment of the fee to the Clerk. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. M]ckelson. Voting ye~;: Mr. Cox, Mr. Gotham, Mr. Reimann, Mr. <br />M'i(:k(.~l~()n. ~.~r.~. Oliphant did not vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a bingo permit'be issued to the Anoka Fire <br />Department to allow bingo at the St. Anthony Gun Club on September 7 <br />[rom 2 a.m. to g p.m. Motion seconded by Mr. Gotham. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
