RESOLUTION 75-1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the timing, routing and construction of a <br />metropolitan facility such as the CAB interceptor which <br />will eventually serve the cities of Anoka, Andover, <br />Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Dayton, Ramsey, and portions <br />of the .~lm Creek Watershed will have a major impact on <br />those areas being served, and will have an immediate <br />impact on those communities within the 1990 sewer service <br />boundary. <br /> <br /> ~gHEIiEAS, those communities within the 1990 sewerj <br />service area realize their responsibilities to plan for' <br />the orderly and economic development consistent with a <br />regional development framework and capital investment for <br />regional facilities. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV~!~D that the City of Ramsey <br />is in. full agreement with the CAB Study Committee 'to <br />resolve those issues identified and to establish a basis <br />for the coordination of staged development consistent with <br />local and regional development policies and programs. <br />Passa:e of this resolution is in no way intended to co~ait <br />the City of Ramsey to the construction of a sewer system <br />within the Cities boundaries, either presently or in the <br />future. <br /> <br />ADOPT.~'~D <br /> <br />this lOth day of Nove~q~, 1975. ..~ <br /> Mayor, City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />
