Resolution No. 7 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture provides <br />matching grant-in-aid to assist residential property owners <br />in the removal and disposal of diseased trees pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 18.023, Subdivision 3a and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has initiated a program of <br />subsidies to its citizens. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Ramsey shall make application <br />to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture for grant-in-aid <br />and shall conduct a grant-in-aid program for residential <br />property owners in compliance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 18.023. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County <br />this 12th day of April 1976. <br /> <br />ATTE ST: ~M~ayo r~.~~~~ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
