City of Ramsey Resolution <br /> <br />Payment Resolution re 153rd Avenue N.W. between CSAH 5 and State 47 <br /> <br />Move that the City Council hereby authorize the Acting Clerk- <br /> <br />Treasurer to pay from City funds the following amounts to the <br /> <br />specified individuals for permanent right of way easements and for <br /> <br />temporary right of way easements, both acquired for that street <br /> <br />improvement project on 1S3rd Avenue N.W. between CSAH #S and State <br /> <br />Highway" #47, AND further, that where directed by the City Attorney, <br /> <br />the check issued shall also contain the appropriate mortgagee, if <br /> <br />any, AND finally, the City Attorney is authorized to give the payment <br /> <br />checks to the specified individuals only upon execution and receipt <br /> <br />by the City Attorney of the appropriate right of way easement <br /> <br />documents· <br />1. <br /> <br />Payments shall be made as follows: <br /> / <br /> <br />Ernest C. and Joyce L.
