RESOLUTION NO. 27 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 75~5 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsex, Minnesota, was held on the <br />8th day~ of November, 1976. <br /> <br /> The following members were present: <br /> <br />~Iayor Arnold L. Cox <br />Gary Reimann <br />Gary Gorham <br />David Mickelson <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br /> <br />Beverly Oliphant <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Mickelson has requested the approval of a <br /> <br />subdivision of property whereby a 20 foot wide strip of land is <br /> <br />detached from an existing parcel of land and added to adjacent <br /> <br />property, thereby creating two new parcels of land, one of which is <br /> <br />20 feet less in'width and one of which is 20 feet greater in width. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Ramsey that the subdivision of t. he land into the follo'~ing <br /> <br />descriptions pursuant to metes and bounds conveyance is hereby <br /> <br />approved in accordance with Ordinance No. 75~5: <br /> <br />Par,~el #1 <br />The North 125.6 feet of the South 264.0 feet of the <br />West 825.0 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Towpship 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County~ Minnesota (as measured along and parallel <br />with thg..south and west lines thereof). Subject to a <br />road eaa6ment over and across the West 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Parcel #2 <br />The South ].38.4 feet of the West 825°0 feet of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 15~ Township S2, Range 25~ Anoka County~ <br />Minnesota (as measured along and parallel with the <br />south and west lines thereof). Subject to a road <br />easement over and across the West 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
