CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Town Center Review Board <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Council will recall that both the Town Center Development Agreement and Town Center <br />Zoning Ordinances include language of a Town Center Review Board. After months of <br />consideration, staff would like to propose replacing the concept of a Review Board with a <br />Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The purpose for replacing the Citizen's Advisory <br />Board with a TAC is that the developer has a great deal of expertise in the various fields <br />and disciplines; however, they are only speaking for the developer's interest. City staff <br />would like to bring on its panel of experts and disciplines to consider the City's interest. <br /> <br />Staff will discuss the concept and make up during the Council work session. <br /> <br />Action State~nent: <br /> <br />Based on discussion. <br /> <br />CCWS: 03/15/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
