PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This chapter is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Counci] hereby declares the <br />following legally described real property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Outlots A and J, RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> · SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted resolution determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4.
