Cmmcihnember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02-030 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #04-05 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL RODEO HILLS, SEC. 1 UNPLATTED S/O CR 27, AUTUMN HEIGHTS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted January 20, 2004, a feasibility study for the 2004 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #04-05 (Rodeo Hills, Sec. I Unplatted s/o CR 27, Autumn Heights); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 10, 2004 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $47,936 Estimated total assessment $23,968 Estimated assessment per unit (3-year term) $174 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $47,936. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of March, 2004 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Pearson
