Subd. 2. Subd. 3. It is n t intended by this Secti n t repeal, abr gate, r impair any existing restricti ns, the pr visi ns f this Secti n shall prevail. Subd. 4. Compliance. Tho use f any land within the Scenic River Land Uso District; the size and shape of lots; the use and location of structures on lots; the installation and maintenance the cutting f vegetati n r alterati n f the natural t p graphy within the district; and the subdivisi n f land shall be in full compliance with the terms of this Section and other applicable regulations.
