Wetland dclincati ns supplied by <br />applicants shall be certified by a qualified wetland delineat r. Wetlands have been or will be identified and the management classification of the <br />wetland, as established by the municipal wetland management classificati n map <br />managcm nt c1a„ificati n f a w tland. The <br />existing functi ns and values f such wetlands are t be maintained with ut <br />change and strict impact av idance will typically be required. Active <br />management may be necessary t pr tect unique res urces within such <br />wetlands, including high quality native plant c mmunities and, ins me cases, <br />state listed threatened, endangered and/ r special c ncern plant species. <br />'.
