The <br />purpose of this case is to adopt an ordinance to sell all surplus City owned land no longer needed for current or <br />future City functions. The total number of parcels available sale is thirty-five (35). These parcels are currently being <br />marketed by the City's real estate broker CBRE. These parcels are broken down into 18 different listings; which are <br />attached to this case for reference. This ordinance was introduced by the Council on 02/24/2015 and is being <br />brought forward for final adoption. <br />Notification: <br />After adoption, a notification of this ordinance will be posted in the Union Herald. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />NA <br />Funding Source: <br />NA <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt the attached ordinance <br />Action: <br />Motion to waive the City Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud; <br />-AND- <br />Motion to adopt the attached Ordinance #15-05 authorizing the City of Ramsey to sell/convey thirty-five (35) <br />parcels of real property. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />
