City Attorney <br />Goodrich replied that the Kytonen's will comply with all requirements and <br />%.~ill substitute a letter of credit for Deemer's letter of credit presently <br />tLeld by the City. Councilmember Schlueter inquired as to what would happen <br />if the Kytonen's failed to comply. Mr. Schnelle replied that the final plat <br />%7ould not be approved.
