Further, that the blacktop requirement shall be <br />deleted from that development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Case 91: Request For A Conditional Use Permit; Case Of Grace Community Bible <br /> Church: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt the findings of fact for the conditional use permit for Grace Community <br />Bible Church. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Final Plat A~roval For Pondvale Estates Second Addition: <br /> <br />~4otion by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve of the final plat of Pondvale <br />Estates Second Addition contingent upon compliance with any and all requirements <br />set forth by the City Engineer, City Attorney and applicable ordinance of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter seconded the motion for further discussion. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Schlueter inquired if the contingencies of <br />final plat approval have been discussed with the Kytonen's. City Attorney <br />Goodrich replied that the Kytonen's will comply with all requirements and <br />%.~ill substitute a letter of credit for Deemer's letter of credit presently <br />tLeld by the City. Councilmember Schlueter inquired as to what would happen <br />if the Kytonen's failed to comply. Mr. Schnelle replied that the final plat <br />%7ould not be approved.
