Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-03-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />FUND <br /> <br />REPLACEMENT OF FINANCE PRINTER IN AN <br />$2,025 FROM THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A printer currently in the Finance Department has greatly exceeded its <br />useful life; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funds are available from depreciated monies available in the Equipment <br />Replacement Fund for the replacement of this printer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the amount of purchase will not exceed $2,025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the purchase of a LaserJet Printer <br /> with duplexer in an amount not to exceed $2,025 from the Equipment Replacement Fund. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23th day of March, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
