City of Ramse¥ <br />Project No. 060229 <br /> <br />City Hall and Police Station <br /> <br />City Council Meeting: danua/y 27, 2004 <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A 64,000 sq. ft. new city hall and police station located in the Ramsey Town Center. At this <br />point in time, only a potential footprint of the building has been reviewed to identify if the site <br />can accommodate the project. <br /> <br />PROJECT OBJECTIVE <br /> <br />The objective is to proceed with the visioning session and schematic design for the new city hall <br />and police station while staff and consultants compile the financial information. Site survey and <br />soil borings will be performed during this time to verify site conditions. <br /> <br />At the end of the schematic design phase or earlier, the council will be presented with the <br />financial report.
