7. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. 8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. 9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private dwelling on the Subject Property. 10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered 'for sale outside the residence. 11. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable Federal, State, or County licenses. 12. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Permit. ' 13. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the tight to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 14. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further heating.
