Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Backgronnd: <br /> <br />The City has cominued negotiations with businesses interested in building projects on the <br />abovementioned parcels (See map). Details have not been finalized but it is imperative that the City <br />have the ability to convey these properties to the businesses in a timely manner. On March 9, 2004, <br />the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance is now being <br />presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed sale ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 04- which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of the LOTS 1 <br />and 2, BLOCK 2, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC:03/23/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
