Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Backgronnd: <br /> <br />The City has cominued negotiations with businesses interested in building projects on the <br />abovementioned parcels (See map). Details have not been finalized but it is imperative that the City <br />have the ability to convey these properties to the businesses in a timely manner. On March 9, 2004, <br />the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
