In Ihese instances driveways must be a minimum of 20 feet in lenv~th and served by a private road that is at least 24 feet wide. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04- has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-__ to amend Chapter 9.20,25 (Town Center Zoning <br />District ) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to specify the <br />measurement of front yard setbacks and length of driveway for units zoned Town Center. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
