Membership. The TCRB shall consist of seven members, at least one of whom shall <br />be a resident of the City of Ramsey. Members shall be appointed by the Council for <br />three (3) year staggered terms. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Membership Composition. One member of the TCRB shall be a representative <br />from Ramsey Town Center, LLC and the remaining six members shall be appointed, <br />to the extent possible from the following professional disciplines: <br /> <br />a. Residential/Commercial Development <br />b. City Administration <br />c. Civil/Municipal Engineering <br />d. Municipal Planning <br />e. Architecture <br />f. City Attorney <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Provisions of Section 2.03 of City Code. The following sections of City Code <br />Section 2.03 shall be applicable to the TCRB and are incorporated herein by <br />reference as if fully set forth at this point: <br /> <br />a. Attendance policy (2.03.02, Subd. 5); <br />b. Term Limits (2.03.02, Subd. 6); <br />c. Removal (2.03.02, Subd. 7) <br />d. Organization, Meetings, Etc. (2.03.03); <br />e. Chairperson and Vice Chairperson (2.03.04). <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Duties. The TCRB shall be a review board directly advisory to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. Its duties shall include the following together with <br />those additional duties directed by the Council from time to time: <br /> <br />a. Review all site plans (residential and commercial) for development within the <br /> RTC Plat. <br />b. Review the architecture, site layout, landscaping plans for proposed development <br /> in the RTC Plat. <br />c. Review and comment on the "market mix" of the RTC Plat to ensure that the <br /> proper mix of uses exist that will ensure that the underlying principals of Ramsey <br /> Town Center are maintained as defined in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Reimbursement. Costs associated with City Staff and consultant time and <br />materials related to business conducted with the Town Center Review Board shall be <br />reimbursed to the City pursuant to Section 12.3 of the Master Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was fully seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
