We understand that you would like us to serve on your Town Center <br />Review Board as a technical advisor. We believe our experience and expertise in <br />designing highly successful mixed-use commercial projects can be of benefit to your <br />team. As discussed, we propose to bill this work on an hourly basis, plus reimbursibles. <br />Attached you will find our rote schedule. We understand that acceptance oft_his position <br />will not prohibit my firm's ability to perform other architectural services pertaining to the <br />Town Center development.
