Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: The P&Z held a public hearing on the proposed P.U.D. on November 29, 1983. On December 6, 1983 they met and passed a motion recommending approval of the P.U.D. Ce Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: City council agreed to accept a four-year maintenance bond to guarantee that the streets hold up in the development. Dm Pondvale Estates: Mr. Marv Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. Em Meadowbrook Estates: The City council, at its September ~7, 1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. H~-10 Ramsey: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. Ramsey Commons: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. Beaudr~'s 2nd Addition: Project on hold until next spring. Ford Brook Estates: Project on hold until next spring. Feasibilit~ for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition Utilities: I am presently working on this-feasibility. Upon receipt of a preliminary grading plan from the developer, I will be able to estimate the costs and complete the feasibility. The tentative schedule for completion of the feasibility is the: first week in January of 1984.
