DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT' <br /> <br /> CITY OF BA34SE¥ <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THiS AGREEMENT~entered into this °~0 day of September, 1983, between the . <br />City of Ramsey hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. Michael Sivula, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", to maintain on his property located <br />at 14521 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., a mobile home for use as a residence in <br />the interim while constructing a principle structure. <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall place with the City of Ramsey an escrow <br />deposit of $300 for the temporary placement of a mobile home on his <br />property. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall notify the City of Ramsey office upon <br />the placement of the mobile home on his property. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall remove the temporary mobile home from' <br />the above referenced property 90 days from the date of placement. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />4} That the Permittee shall provide potable water and an on-site <br />septic system in compliance with City Codes.. <br /> <br />5) That the Permittee sh~ll acquire the building'perml."t for his <br />principle structure prior to the placement of the mobile home. <br /> <br />6) That the Permittee understands and agrees that failure to com- <br />ply with the terms of this agreement is a misdemeanor and subject <br />to penalties'thereof. <br /> <br />7) That the Permittee understands that failure to comply with the <br />City's relevant regulations regulating the placement of a mobile <br />home within the City or failure to comply with the terms of this <br />agreement will result in the Permittee automatically forfeiting to <br />the City his $300 escrow which has been deposited with the City. <br /> <br />8) That the Permittee understands that upon compliance with the <br />.relevant regulations regulating the placement of mobile homes in <br />the City and compliance with this Agreement, the Permittee's $300 <br />escrow shall be returned to him upon his placing wi~h the City a <br />written request for the refund. <br /> <br />WITNESSES: . ~,~ <br /> <br />Michael Sivula <br /> <br />.J <br /> <br /> <br />
