'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Auditor's letter dated October !3, 1983 listed <br />certain parcels of tax forfeit property which the City of Ramsey could acquire for <br />public use. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following named parcels of land listed in the above stated County <br />Auditor's letter be acquired for use in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Z) Further, that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized <br />to sign such documents as required by Anoka County in the acquiring of the above <br />said parcels of land. <br /> <br /> <br />
