I I I i I I I I I I I I i I I i I i I CITY OF RAMSEY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT This contract entered into this da)' of December, 1983, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "Cit)'", and Mr. Jeffrey Porupsky, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant a Conditional Use Permit to maintain on their premises at 16762 Nutria Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota a "Private Dog Kennel" as defined in City Code Chapter 110.0139. This Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant's complying with the following: 1) At no time shall the Applicant have or keep more than three (3) adult dogs on the premises. Z) If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner shall be warned and must remedy the situation. 3) The dogs will not be left in any open kennel when no one is at the home. 4) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors or creating any health hazards to the area. 5) The dogs shall not be allowed to run loose on the Applicant's property except under the direct supervision of the Applicants. 6) The Applicant shall maintain the private kennel in a sanitary condition. 7) This Conditional Use Permit does not authm-ize the Applicant to conduct a commercial kennel business. Should the Applicant desire to conduct a kennel business, it will be required that they meet the requirements of the City zoning re~ntlations and State laws governing such business. SUMMARY The Applicant understands and agrees that the Conditional Use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. Any violations of the condition~ described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this Conditional Use Permit.
