Flintwood Hills Second Addition Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />chairman Peterson called the special meeting back to order at 8:37 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Flintwood Hills Second Addition Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />Commission review City Engineer's letter to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />dated November 23, 1983 regarding the proposed Flintwood II PUD. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that special attention should be given to'drainage <br />in the vicinity of Industry Blvd. so it doesn't affect Flintwood Io <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka replied that he thinks the City has an easement all <br />the way to the County road. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding situating twin homes adjacent to Flintwood I <br />and posting speed signs on the MSA road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman inquired as to why single family dwellings were <br />planned in the core area of the.
