Preparation of Chapter 12 ~ Section 12.14: <br /> <br />Co~,~ssion consensus is to use Section 12.14 of the Mounds View Charter as <br />a model. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that Section 12.14 Will read as follows: <br />charter becomes effective 30 days after adoption.' <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that input from Mr. Schnelle and punchlist items will <br />be addressed at the regular meeting of September 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that the public hearing will be held September 28, 1983. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that input from the publichearing will be dealt with <br />at the regular meeting scheduled for October 13, 1983. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is to have Attorney Dom review the rough draft and <br />provide input to the Commission fo~ their .review at their regular'meeting <br />scheduled for September 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that there will be a meeting of the whole for the <br />purpose of organizing the public hearing procedure on September 15, 1983 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at City ~all. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that the public hearing scheduled for September 28, <br />1983 will be held at the Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to adjourn <br />this meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Data, Titterud, <br />Sieber, Bauerkemper and Gamec. Voting No: None.
