A contested case hearing concerning this matter shall be held, con~mencing with a preheating conference by conference call at lO:O0 A.M. on Tuesday, August 16, 1983. 2. North Central shall facilitate in every reasonable way the investigation of the Department of Public Service. All parties shall furnish adequate responses within l0 days to all reasonable information requests from other parties. 3. This Order shall ~e served on North Central who sh~ll mail copies of the same to all ~unicipalities in its service area, all parties who filed petitions to intervene ~time!y or untimely) in its two most recent rate proceeding before the Con~nission (Dockets No. G-OlO/GR-S1-780 and G-OlO/GA-80-472} and to such other persons as the Department of Public Service may request. 4. Public hearings shall be held at locations within the service area of the Company. 5. In addition to the individual notification as ordered by the Cofmnission on July 19, 1983, the Company shall also publish notices of the preheating conference, evidentiary hearings and public hearings in the form of newspaper aisplay ads, at least l0 days prior to the dates of their con~nencement, in newspapers of general circulation in towns within its service territory.
