At that time, I informed you of the complaints we have <br />had in regards to the heavy equipment you have located in the <br />Pondvale Plat and the fact that the keeping of such equipment <br />in a residential zone is a violation of City Code. You advised <br />me that the equipment would be relocated this week. <br /> <br />That being the case, we would like to take this opportunity to <br />thank you in advance for- your cooperation.
