Several jobs had <br />to be done at the same time and I didn't have the manpower to do them. <br />I don't know what happened to the people that were begging to do <br />volunteer work'iearlier this year but when the work had to be done, <br />there were no longer any volunteers. <br /> <br />The boy I hired is Larry Bigelbach. He has worked for us for the <br />past two summers on the CETA program and he is an intelligent, hard <br />working person. I do have money budgeted for part-time help and I <br />think that Larry is the best person available to get the job done <br />for the least amount of money. <br /> <br />MM.' pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
