If
you do not intend to build the garage the size of the slab, then
please disregard this letter. If, however, you wish to construct
the garage as large as the slab, then it will be necessary for you
to seek a Board of Adjustment variance from the City Council. This
involves a public hearing, at a non-refundable cost of $90.00, where
your neighbors are notified. There are no guarantees that your
request will be approved.

The earliest this could now be scheduled is October 25, 1983. Your
application would have to be made no later than October 10, 1983.
However, if you intend to proceed with a Board of Adjustment variance
request, we would appreciate your application at your earliest
convenience.

Sincerely,

CXTY OF RAMSEY ~ ~)

Clayton R.
