The total amount of <br />payment authorized is $40,851.39. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Final Estimate Pa~nnent For 155th Avenue NW And Variolite Street NW - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter <br />to approve of final payment to Buffalo Bituminous on the street improvement <br />for 155th Avenue NW andVariolite Street NW. The total amount of payment <br />authorized is $122,877.09. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />c) Final Estimate Payment On 167th Avenue NW - <br /> <br />Motion by Counci]~member Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve of final payment to UD Contracting for the street improvement on <br />167th Avenue NW. The total amount of payment authorized is $22,976.54, and <br />further authorizing the City Engineer to withhold payment until Zirconium <br />is repaired. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />d) Amendin~ Comprehensive Plan MUSA Line - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mher Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to table amending COmprehensive Plan MUSA Line. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council requested City Engineer to prepare a map showing revisions to the <br />MUSA as recommended by Council. <br /> <br />e) Receiving And Acce~tin~ Bids On A~ Lime For Ballfields At Central Park - <br /> <br />Motion by councilmember Reimann and seconded by councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-135 approving of receiving and accepting bids for the <br />agricultural lime for ballfields at Central Park and to award said bid to <br />J.L. Shiely Company in the amount of $10,585.60. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #83-135). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
