I Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: I I;~SOLUTIO~ ~83-121 I ~LBUTI~ ADOPTING 1983 MID--YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 1983 ANNUAL I WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey ' s Council Committee Budget has · reviewed the contents of the 1983 Mid-year Budget Adjustments (over and under) to the City of Ramsey's 1983 Annual City Budget which was forwarded · to Council for their review and action. The Budget Committee recommended · that the proposed 1983 budget amendments be adopted; and · MHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State · of Minnesota, has received the 1983 Mid-year Budget Adjustments (over and " under) to the City of Ramsey's 1983 Annual City Budget which was adopted ~ by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1983 which is on file at the Ramsey Municipal Center. ~OW ~EFORE, BE IT I%ESOLVED BY THE CI~ CO~CIL, CITY OF I COUNTY, STA'I'EOF NI~fFFA, as follo~s: 1) The City Council hereby approves of the 1983 Mid-year Budget · Adjustments to the City of Ramsey's 1983 Annual City Budget as shown in · enclosure (1) to this resolution. The Mid-year Budget Adjustments will -- be effective as of July 1, 1983. [/- 2) It that a certified copy of this resolution is directed be made a part of the original 1983 City Budget. I 3) It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished · a copy of this resolution. It is also directed that the City Accountant take appropriate action on this document.
