Mr. Robert Hunt began construction <br />of the fence in July of 1983. It is seven feet high and is <br />topped with three strands of barbed wire. It is less than <br />five feet from our home and is nothing more than a boundary <br />line fence between our house and the home next door, which Mr. <br />Hunt is buying on a Contract for Deed from Roger Dickinson. <br /> <br />We feel that this fence is in violation of section 170.051 I, <br />Paragraph C, Subd.2 of the Ramsey City Ordinance.
