In the interim a personal matter <br />totally unrelated to the plat has been indentified by the attorney <br />as a possible flaw in the title. <br /> <br />I disagree ~ith the opinion and suggest that the plat could be <br />filed with this matter unresolved without adversely affecting the <br />city's position in this matter. <br /> <br />The necessary time to clear up the "problem" will take 90 days <br />(allowing for statutory notices etc).
