We have hired a surveyor and submit the <br />attached plan. If so accepted or reworked to be acceptable <br />by the City Counsil we wi. il proceed to the next steps <br />to grade and pave the deyelopment. We would:need the City <br />to release Mortgages on all lots held by the First National <br />Bank of Anoka in order t? borrow moneys to complete the <br />project.
