DAVE BI{INKEI{: <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Brinker is requesting authorization to construct an accessory <br />building prior to the construction of his principal structure. You have <br />in the past both granted and denied such variances. It should also be <br />noted that the structure size exceeds the allowable area by 48 square feet. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-a) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) Area location map <br />d) List of properties notified <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Building Official's memo dated August 29, 1983 <br />h) Letter to Mr. Brinker dated September 16, 1983 <br /> <br />Council Action: Your actions in this matter will be to <br />approve/disapprove/amend the findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove <br />of the request. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for <br />your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt the findings <br />of fact for Mr. Dave Brinker's request to construct a detached <br />accessory building prior to the construction of the principal structure. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
