DAVE BI{INKEI{: Mr. Dave Brinker is requesting authorization to construct an accessory building prior to the construction of his principal structure. You have in the past both granted and denied such variances. It should also be noted that the structure size exceeds the allowable area by 48 square feet. The following items are included as enclosure (D4-a) for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) Area location map d) List of properties notified e) Proposed findings of fact f) Proposed development agreement g) Building Official's memo dated August 29, 1983 h) Letter to Mr. Brinker dated September 16, 1983 Council Action: Your actions in this matter will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt the findings of fact for Mr. Dave Brinker's request to construct a detached accessory building prior to the construction of the principal structure. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no -and- Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove of Mr. Dave Brinker's request to construct a detached accessory building of 1,248 square feet prior to the construction of the principal structure.
