They reviewed the above requested <br />promotion and agreed to recommend that Council approve it. Please <br />refer to enclosure (D3-g) which contains an excerpt from Council <br />Personnel Committee meeting minutes dated September 7, 1983 which <br />addresses this item. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />promoting Arlene Stafford from Clerical IV to Clerical V effective <br />January 1, 1984.
