Voting yes <br />Voting no . <br /> <br /> f) Sick Leave - The Council Personnel Committee has recommended <br />that full-time City employees be allowed to accrue up to a maximum <br />of 120 days of sick leave (currently can accrue up to 100 days). <br />Sick leave accrual over 120 days will be converted to vacation <br />at the rate of one day of vacation for each two days of sick leave. <br />Further, any termination of employment or any employee terminated <br />shall be paid for 1/3 of any unused leave at the time of termination <br />at his/her current rate of pay. Please refer to enclosure (D3-1) <br />for an excerpt of Council Personnel Committee meeting minutes dated <br />September 7, 1983. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to act on the above. The <br />above enclosure also contains the proposed ordinance amendment <br />for Council consideration. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br /> g) Compensato~ Time - The Council Personnel Committee is <br />recommending the following in regards to compensatory time: <br /> <br />Employees that do not receive over-time pay shall receive <br />compensatory time at a rate of one and one-half hours for each <br />hour worked as approved by the City Administrator or his designated <br />representative. Compensatory time shall be taken as approved by <br />the City Administrator or his designated representative for periods <br />of not less than two hours. <br /> <br />Any employee with accrued compensatory time in excess of 80 hours <br />may elect to receive payment for said excess hours, or any part <br />thereof, by making written application to the City Administrator <br />prior to the end of the pay period for the first payday in December. <br /> <br />Payment for said compensatory time in excess of 80 hours shall <br />be computed at 75% of the employee's current rate of pay. <br /> <br />No employee shall accrue compensatory time in excess of 520 hours. <br /> <br />Any employee terminating employment or any employee terminated <br />shall receive compensation for all accrued compensatory time at <br />75% of his/her rate of pay at the time of termination. <br /> <br /> <br />
