(8) Each violation of any provision of this Franchise shall be eon- sidered a separate violation for which a separate penalty can be imposed. Exclusive of the contractual penalties set out above in this see- tion, a violation of any provision of this Franchise is amis- demeanor. Whenever Citv finds that Grantee has violated one or more tem, conditions or provisions of this Franchise, a w~itten notice shall be ~iven to Grantee info~rnir~ it of such violation. At any time after fifteen days followir~ local receipt of notice, provided Grantee rm~ains in violation of one or more terms, conditions or provisions of this Franchise, in the sole opinion of City, City may draw fran the Letter of C~edit all penalties and other monies due City.
