Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #16: Approval Of A Grading Permit For The Raudio Recreation Area: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve issuance of a grading permit to the City of Ramsey for the purpose <br />of grading the Raudio Recreation Area. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />City Building Official Berg stated that Mr. Ben Deemer was given a deadline of <br />September 15, 1983 to blacktop Pondvale Estates. Mr. Deemer's partners are <br />buying Mr. Deemer out and they have stated that they will su]~nit a proposal <br />to the City, by September 20, 1983, regarding the blacktop issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that he has been seeking monetary assistance from other <br />cities to be used in Ramsey's State Aid lawsuit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn this special meeting of the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
